Frequently Asked Questions – Vendors
NO PETS are permitted on the grounds of the Vendor Village.
No Styrofoam is permitted on site. We highly recommend the use of compostable and recyclable containers. Bioplastics are not preferred in this region. We’ll be working with the Cariboo Chilcoatin Conservation Society to encourage as much waste diversion as possible.
Green team will collect garbage and waste 3 times per day.
You can set up your booth as early as 12:00 (noon) on Thursday, August 1st. You MUST be set up by Friday at 2:00pm. No vehicles will be permitted entry to the site after that time.
Hours of operation are your choice, however we ask that you not pack up and leave before Sunday at 8:00pm.
Our Vendor’s village is located off Sanders Avenue between Richardson Lane and Baker Street
Vending at ArtsWells is developed using a piece-rate methodology
Spaces are booked as either:
10 x 10 ($250)
10 x 20 ($400)
Power is supplied at the following rates:
110 V
1 Circuit ($30)
2 Circuits ($60)
3 Circuits ($90)
220V (only 1 available per application)
220 volt, 20 amp outlet ($80)
220 volt, 30 amp outlet – i.e. a dryer outlet ($120)
220 volt, 50 amp outlet – i.e. a stove or oven outlet ($200)
There is vendor-specific camping located nearby the Wells Community Hall. Vendors are also permitted to sleep in their booths.
Each 10 x 10 space includes a festival wristband. A limited number of additional wristbands associated with vendors may be purchased at the Early-Bird Rates
